Miras Visa Pvt Ltd, which trades as Miras Visa Services (“Miras”, “we”, “us”), runs this website. We are a visa consultancy with a corporate office at No.1009 A Wing, 10th floor, Mittal Tower, M G Road, Bangalore, Karnataka and a branch office at No.9, Sindhur Plazza, Chennai 600008, Tamil Nadu.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry through a form on this website, we collect the details you enter:
- your name, email address and phone number
- the visa type or service you’re interested in, your destination and your travel date
- your message
- any optional details you choose to add, such as your preferred intake or whether you have a job offer
With each enquiry we also record:
- the campaign or source that brought you to the site, such as UTM tags or an advertising click ID
- the address of the page you sent the form from, the page you first arrived on and the website that referred you
- a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to prevent spam (we don’t store your raw IP address)
When you become a client, we also handle the documents and information your application needs. We use these only to provide the service you’ve asked for.

- To respond to your enquiry and advise you.
- To provide the services you engage us for, including preparing and submitting your application.
- To protect this website and our inbox from spam and abuse.
- To measure how well our website and advertising work, using Google Analytics and Google Ads, only when you consent through the cookie banner.

Who we share it with

When you engage us for a visa or travel service, we share the information your application needs with the embassies, consulates and visa application centres you apply to. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, then delete them.

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or erase it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
