Miras Visa Services (Miras Visa Pvt Ltd) is an independent visa consultancy. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, visa application centre or government, and we do not act on their behalf.
Visa decisions
Only the embassy, consulate or immigration authority concerned decides whether to grant a visa. We cannot guarantee approval, and we cannot guarantee processing times, which the authorities set.
What we provide is guidance, document review, application preparation, interview preparation, submission support and tracking.
Our fees
Fees for our services are separate from government visa fees and visa application centre (for example, VFS) charges. We confirm our fees in writing before work begins.

Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for making sure the documents and information you give us and the authorities are complete, accurate and genuine. Incorrect or incomplete information can lead to delays or a refusal.
Payments
Pay us only through the official channels listed on our payment page, and only after your consultant has confirmed the amount. Check that the payee name shows Miras Visa Pvt Ltd before you pay.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. Please don’t misuse it, for example by submitting false enquiries, attempting to access areas that aren’t public, or copying our content for commercial use.
How we work with you
Our engagement starts once we have confirmed in writing the service, the fee and what is included. We work on the information and documents you give us, and we may ask for more when the authorities’ checklist requires it.
Cancellations and refunds
Government visa fees, visa application centre charges, insurance premiums and airline or hotel charges are set and kept by those third parties, and are usually not refundable by us. Whether any part of our own service fee is refundable depends on how much work has been done, and is confirmed in writing when you engage us.
Your documents
We handle your documents carefully and use them only for your application. Original documents are returned to you once the application step that needs them is complete. Please keep copies of everything you give us.
Confidentiality
We keep your personal information confidential and share it only with the embassies, consulates, visa application centres and service providers needed for your application. Our privacy policy explains this in detail.
Third-party services
Embassies, consulates, visa application centres (such as VFS Global), airlines, hotels and insurers set their own rules, fees and timelines. We are not responsible for their decisions, delays, appointment availability or changes.
Limits of our responsibility
We take care to give accurate guidance, but we are not liable for losses caused by a visa refusal or delay, by changes in rules, or by information or documents that were incomplete, incorrect or not genuine. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and logo on this website belong to Miras Visa Pvt Ltd unless stated otherwise. Links to official government websites are provided for your convenience; we don’t control their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
